What is coaching?

As a parent, you will coach your child without really knowing that you’re doing it. Throughout their childhood you will focus on their potential and support and encourage them to thrive and achieve success. Once we reach adulthood however, we may need some extra support to achieve our goals and regain self-confidence and a sense of purpose in life.

 This is where coaching can help. With the right coach, coaching can be a transformative experience which supports you to set better goals, take more action, identify your own personal hurdles and overcome the challenges along your chosen path.

 In a nutshell, coaching helps you identify:

  • where you are now

  • where you want to be

  • what path you need to take

  • what the barriers are which stand in your way, and how to overcome these

Who do I coach?

I coach women who are looking for support with reaching their full potential in a personal and/ or professional capacity. Often these are women who are struggling to reclaim their identity and sense of self separate to their role as a mother. When you become a parent, it is easy to forget that you have your own wants and needs that require nurturing. Putting all your focus and energy into parenting can mean you feel uncertain about other aspects of your life, such as returning to work after maternity leave. Perhaps your priorities have changed since having a child, and you want to think about what this means for your future. Or perhaps you are having to navigate other significant life events, such as divorce or burnout.

I can support you with:

  • Navigating important life events such as returning to work after maternity leave, divorce or separation

  • Defining, appreciating and acknowledging your skills, abilities and achievements

Coaching packages:

Coaching sessions normally take place every 2-4 weeks. Most clients sign up for a coaching package of either six or eight sessions, although I do also offer ad hoc and individual follow-up sessions. Individual sessions are £150. Please contact me for package prices.
